OUR CUISINE

Our gastronomic offer is a reflection of Casa Julián de Tolosa in Guipuzcoa. Here you will find the famous Casa Julián Tx steak, prepared according to the technique used in the mother house, a technique that gave rise to the 'best steak in the world', according to Forbes magazine; along with the mythical piquillo peppers. In addition, Iñaki Gorrotxategi at Casa Julián Calle Ibiza expands the use of the grill for different seasonal vegetables and complements the menu with mushrooms, a Friesian cow carpaccio topped with rocket and slices of foie gras or Icelandic battered cod, to name just a few examples.

We only work with products of proven quality, and in the case of meat, with selected pieces of beef with a respectful upbringing of the animal and a certified environment.
