Casa Julián de Tolosa at calle Ibiza is the Gorrotxategi family´s third steakhouse. At 39 calle Ibiza you will find a modern restaurant, with interior designed by Lázaro Rosa Violán, a gastronomic offer with the grill and superior quality product as the main stars, and a highly professional service.
The space has an open-plan hall, with capacity for up to 36 diners, decorated with elements of high-quality materials and gastronomic products, with exposed brick walls and wooden beams on the ceiling. It also has a high table with the possibility of a shared use. The grill is the uncontested protagonist: it is integrated into the hall, is made of brick and is protected behind walls of clear glass.
The hall and the wine service are masterly managed by Laura Pola, sommelier from the Valencia CDT, who has a first-class professional background that includes several years in the late Torrijos (Michelin star and, at the time, in the vanguard of the gastronomic innovation of the city), El Poblet (Michelin star) and the Lavinia wine space in Madrid.
